having started out as an
assistant at Darlington
GC before becoming Head
Professional at Castle
Eden Golf Club. He also
managed Stressholme Golf
Centre in
Darlington,
moving to Romanby Golf &
Country Club as Head
Professional for 9
successful years before
the move to Ingleby
Barwick as Director of
Golf. “My aim along with
my team is to provide my
members and guests with
the best possible

Crellin
PGA Professional
(Teaching)
William is one of
the teaching
Professionals at Ingleby Barwick Golf
Academy having worked with
Tim for over 8 years .
Not only is William a
very accomplished coach
with an ever growing
client portfolio but he
is a talented golfer,
winning local alliances
on a regular basis. He
recently played with
Colin Montgomerie in a
competition which he won
by 3 shots. Will is
available for lessons
and custom fitting. |
Anthony
Schott
Clubhouse Bistro
Manager
Anthony brings 15 years
catering experience, 6
years of that at the
David Lloyd
Racquet Club, to the
Ingleby Barwick Golf
Academy. "My aim is to
provide a fantastic
dining experience for
both members and
residents at the new
Clubhouse Bistro. An
exciting menu has been
created which will
satisfy all of our
clients. I hope to build
on and enhance the
professionalism of the
Academy team." |
Steven
Fulcher
Website
Co-ordinator
Steven joined Ingleby
Barwick Golf Academy in
September 2006 having
completed his
A-levels. His primary
role is the overall
maintenance and day to
day running of
timjenkinsgolf.co.uk
website. Steven also
assists as a customer
service advisor. |
Stephen
Jenkins
Sales Advisor &
Repairs
Stephen is Tim’s
brother and joined the
company after a
successful career as
manager of an electrical
retail store. He has
worked with Tim for over
12 years and his main
duties have been to run
the club repair
department and is a
valued member of our
customer care team. |
Mike
Pilgrim
PGA Professional
(Teaching)
Mike joined
the team in April 2008
having been the Head
Assistant of Seaton
Carew Golf Club for the
past six years. During
his time at Seaton
Carew, he played a
massive part in
developing, junior golf
not just at the golf
club but throughout Hartlepool. Mike provides helpful and useful tips in the
Golf North East monthly
magazine. Mike is also a
very keen player and
participates regularly
in Pro-Ams and in other
national events.

Paul Upton
Course Manager
Paul has been at Ingleby
Barwick Golf Academy
since the growing in
period and has managed
the course through it's
early years. Paul served
his apprenticeship at
Cleveland Golf Club and
carries qualifications
in Horticulture plus
Green Keeping and Sports
Turf management. Paul
has played a key role in
the development of the
course and is an
invaluable member of our
team. He has made major
improvements to the
layout and condition of
the course and has
recently redesigned and
constructed a new three
- tier putting green. |
Sam Walters
Assistant Green
Keeper
Sam recently joined the
team at Ingleby Barwick
Golf Academy after
serving his
apprenticeship at
Billingham Golf Club. He
is proving to be a
welcome addition to the
green keeping staff. |

Steven is a key
member of our customer
service team
specialising in after
sales care. He is a
keen golfer and he
possesses an in-depth
knowledge of all aspects
of golf and has a wealth
of experience within the
golfing industry to call
upon. Steven has worked
for Tim for over 10

Head Chef
Matthew joins the
Ingleby Barwick Golf
Academy team as Head
Chef. Matthew has 8
years experience in the
catering business,
previously with David
Lloyd Leisure as second
chef. Matthew is looking
forward to the challenge
of this exciting new

Emma brings 14 years
experience in the
catering business,
previously with 7 years
at David Lloyd Leisure.

Neil Park
Assistant Green
Keeper
Neil has worked at
Ingleby Barwick Golf
Academy for three years
following his decision
to have a career change
and join our greens
staff. Neil assists with
the management and
upkeep of the course on
a daily basis and is
currently studying for
his NVQ level 2
qualification in green
keeping. |
